Accessibility Statement
Full Quilt Boogie is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of fullquiltboogie.com and to provide an inclusive experience for all visitors.
Our Commitment
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our site is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning some content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are continuously working to identify and address any gaps.
Our Efforts
As part of this ongoing effort we have taken the following steps:
- Added descriptive alt text to images throughout the site so screen readers can describe visual content to visitors who are blind or have low vision.
- Improved color contrast on buttons, links, prices and text so everything is easier to read, while keeping our brand colors.
- Added a “Skip to content” link so keyboard users can jump past the menu on every page.
- Organized every page with a clear main heading and content area so screen reader users can find their way around.
- Made sure form fields have labels and support autofill, so forms are easier to complete.
- Kept hidden menu and cart links out of the keyboard tab order.
- Installed an accessibility widget that lets visitors adjust font size, contrast and other display settings.
Known Limitations
While we have worked to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, a few minor issues come from third-party tools our site relies on and are outside our direct control:
- Some page builder components, such as our blog post listings, newsletter popup and cart icon, contain small technical issues in their underlying code.
- Parts of the checkout payment fields and country and state selectors are provided by our payment and e-commerce platforms.
- Some of our downloadable PDF pattern files may not yet be fully accessible. If you need an accessible version of any document, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We keep these tools updated and will address these items as fixes become available.
