Our Delightful Duos Quilt Pattern
The Delightful Duos quilt was quite literally born in a dream—yes, I sometimes dream in quilts (doesn’t everyone?). I woke up with a vision of a sweet Valentine’s quilt, quickly jotted it down, and then…slept on it for, oh, just a few years.
Why the delay? Honestly, I was nervous to make something I loved that might not be everyone’s cup of tea. But eventually, I grabbed the reins of creative freedom (cue dramatic movie montage music) and got to work.
The pattern combines traditional piecing, appliqué, and embroidery to create what I’d call a whimsical little quilt that’s anything but forgettable. It’s quirky, it’s heartfelt, and it’s got dream-quilt energy written all over it.
